We’re looking for a dynamic AVP, Learning & Organizational Development to champion our culture of growth, innovation, and leadership in Rome, NY.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and execute a multi-year learning strategy that empowers every employee.
- Partner with Leadership to identify skill gaps and future workforce needs.
- Transform learning into a digital-first, data-driven experience.
- Design leadership programs for all levels—emerging to senior leaders.
- Oversee our Learning Management System and ensure compliance training is top-notch.
- Mentor a creative, high-performing team and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture.
Who You Are:
- A strategic thinker and hands-on builder with 8+ years in L&D (5+ in leadership).
- Experienced in financial services or regulated environments.
- Passionate about adult learning, digital platforms, and making a real impact.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
