Starting Pay for this role - $20.50/hour to $23.00/hour, actual starting pay will depend on experience
Position is overtime eligible and incentive eligible

The Position:
AmeriCU Credit Union is in search of a Regional Member Service Representative who aligns directly with our mission to provide our members with the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success, and our vision to be the most admired organization in every community we serve.
Role Overview:
As a Regional Member Service Representative your primary responsibilities will include:
- Deliver an exceptional member experience by greeting members professionally and enthusiastically, reflecting the MVP-1 Team culture.
- Demonstrate strategic alignment by understanding AmeriCU’s Strategic Plan and recognizing how your role contributes to the credit union’s success.
- Act as a trusted liaison for introducing members to ITM technology and performing traditional teller transactions.
- Provide consultative financial solutions through interpreting credit bureau reports, identifying opportunities, and cross-selling products such as loans, credit cards, and real estate services.
- Drive relationship growth by retaining, expanding, and acquiring member relationships through referrals, courtesy calls, and in-person interactions.
- Support lending objectives by ensuring accurate loan documentation and contributing to Financial Center lending goals.
- Collaborate across business lines to deepen member relationships and support acquisition strategies.
- Achieve performance targets by meeting or exceeding annual sales and service goals.
- Lead training initiatives for new hires at your Financial Center and provide regional support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
- Ensure operational excellence through precise account servicing, adherence to policies, and compliance with regulatory standards, including BSA and SAFE Act.
- Engage with the community to strengthen AmeriCU’s presence and member connections.
