Starting Annual Salary - $66,964.91 to $83,706.13 - Actual starting salary will depend on experience.
Position is Incentive & Bonus eligible

What You’ll Do as a Financial Center Manager:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and coach a team of 5+ to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals.
- Drive Results: Oversee daily operations, lending, and member relationship-building activities.
- Build Community: Represent AmeriCU in local events and business development efforts.
- Own the Outcome: Manage budgets, ensure compliance, and drive profitability.
- Develop Talent: Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance.
