What You’ll Do:

Provide friendly, professional service to members
Perform teller transactions and support ITM technology
Build relationships through referrals and cross‑selling

What We’re Looking For:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Flexible availability (including Saturdays)
Bilingual skills a plus
