Assured Information Security has an opening for a Senior Deployment Engineer on our SecureView team. In this role, you will act as the senior engineering representative for a highly sensitive customer, serving as their main point of contact for engineering support and deployment services.

What You'll Do:

Act as company contact in the field with customer and contractor personnel, exercising a high degree of tact, diplomacy and mature judgment, conforming to company policy directions with a minimum of supervision.
Ensure understanding and support for all customer needs specific to their use case and environment.
Prepare and conduct special reports and presentations pertinent to company products and services, field operations or other applications.
Completes testing and integration support for changes to the customer environment and ensures compatibility with all products.
Provides dedicated support to the program and program office.
Troubleshoots all helpdesk tickets and questions raised by the customer and other integrators.

Education/Experience/Skillset Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 8 years of experience supporting IT deployments or service delivery contracts in end-user or customer environments, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience working directly with and supporting end users in an IC environment.
Minimum of 5 years experience implementing and staffing IT deployment teams, operations, help desks and other customer support functions
Able to understand large scale network solutions and configurations (VPNs, Firewalls, diodes, IP plans)
Strong analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems. High level of motivation; self-starter; results driven
Experience coordinating with a small team to troubleshoot, debug and work end user issues to resolution.
Experience independently working with and supporting end users in an IC environment.
Strong familiarity with cross-domain systems and / or virtualization and VDI environments (Citrix, VMWare) preferred
Knowledgeable of issues related to system installs in Intelligence community and DOD intelligence sites, including site sensitivities as well as highly demanding user and site managers (preferred).

Travel: 25% to 50%

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI

US Salary Range: $122,653 - $166,559

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors including location, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package which includes employer paid health insurance and a 7% contribution to your 401k, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation.
