The Impact You'll Make
As our Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying customer needs and providing refrigeration solutions
Your impact? You will be the trusted technical expert for our customers, delivering solutions that solve their most complex cooling challenges.
You will collaborate with regional sales teams, product specialists, and customers to lead the technical sales process, championing our industrial refrigeration product portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets by proactively identifying new business opportunities and translating customer challenges into effective solutions using our product portfolio.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers and internal teams, building strong, influential relationships with key decision-makers by providing expert product guidance and application support.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and workshops that clearly demonstrate our technology's unique value proposition and competitive advantages to all stakeholders.
- Maintain deep market and competitive knowledge to effectively position our products, counter objections, and provide strategic feedback to internal teams that influences the product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration or a related field.
- Experience in the industrial refrigeration industry and an understanding of natural refrigerants like Ammonia and CO2.
- Ability to work independently as a self-motivated problem-solver, managing priorities effectively to achieve sales goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to a range of audiences.
- A mindset of collaboration and customer-centricity, with a willingness to travel interstate or overseas as required to support your clients.
