The Impact You'll Make
As our Test Engineer in Testing Laboratory, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and safety of our products. Through testing, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, your work will help us deliver high-quality solutions that meet technical standards and customer expectations. You will contribute to the development of innovative testing methods and equipment, support problem-solving activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform and evaluate tests on materials and products to help ensure quality, reliability, and performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process descriptions, work instructions, test procedures, forms, and test reports.
- Develop new measurement and testing methods to support innovation and continuous improvement.
- Design and improve testing equipment while contributing to corrective and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer and supplier claims, FMEA activities, and continuous quality improvement projects.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree (Second Level University Degree) in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- Valid Electrical Qualification Certificate (§21) in accordance with applicable electrical regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work with technical documentation
- Strong analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
