If you are passionate about logistics, thrive on solving complex challenges, and want to develop a high-performing team, this role offers the perfect blend of leadership, strategy, and hands-on impact.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Optimize order fulfillment processes by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer service center, production, and material planning teams to coordinate seamless processes and resolve challenges that impact delivery performance
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, preparing regular analyses that provide actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions for operational improvements to ensure on-time delivery of our products
- Guarantee quality and compliance by ensuring all outgoing orders meet company quality standards, customer expectations, and relevant legal and safety regulations
What We're Looking For
- Degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification paired with several years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, supply chain, or distribution, including proven experience in team management and leadership
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics processes with a track record of driving operational improvements
- Extensive hands-on experience using SAP in an operational environment
- Business Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) as well as excellent communication skills—diplomatic yet assertive, able to influence and align stakeholders across departments in a matrix organization
What You'll Get from Us
- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
- You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
