The Impact You'll Make
As our Engineer, Manufacturing Technology , you’ll play a key role in transforming manufacturing processes into safer, smarter, and more efficient operations. As a hands-on, project-focused Manufacturing Engineer, you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.
Your impact? You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to implementation, solving real manufacturing challenges and delivering measurable results. Your expertise will directly support the production of innovative solutions that make a positive impact on our customers and industries worldwide.
You’ll collaborate with teams and take ownership of key processes, helping us move toward a more sustainable future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Directly responsible for sustaining in the production line.
- Determine process steps and flow to move from inputs to expected output
- Determine method to complete each process step (e.g., machine-based, people- based or combination)
- Provide and maintain tools to perform each process step (e.g., SOPs, tooling, training)
- Monitor and continuously improve processes to ensure expected output targets or implement corrective action
- Provide detailed data collection and analysis (time studies, material flow, waste analysis)
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- At least 4+ years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
- Able to be pro-active throughout the project process to deliver results and take ownership.
- Team player with the ability to cooperate on all levels of the organization (shop floor to management).
- Familiar with basic hand tools, sensors, vision and other common assembly operation equipment and components.
