At Danfoss Climate Solutions, we engineer energy-efficient solutions to power the green transition and build a sustainable future. As our new Service Coordinator (m/f/d), you will play a central role in our Aftersales & Services team, ensuring our service operations run efficiently, transparently, and with high customer satisfaction.
You will serve as a key operational link connecting customers, certified service partners, and cross-functional internal teams. By managing end-to-end warranty claims, return notifications, and repair workflows, you will ensure high-quality service delivery, safeguard operational continuity, and reinforce Danfoss’ reputation for engineering excellence.
This part-time position (70-80%) offers the opportunity to build expertise in international service operations while collaborating with technical, commercial, and quality teams across Danfoss Climate Solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between customers, service partners, and internal departments (Sales, Quality, Technical Application, Logistics, and Finance) to keep all parties aligned.
- Manage warranty claims and service requests from intake to completion, reviewing technical data, securing missing documentation, and tracking case progress.
- Issue return notifications and oversee compressor repair management, ensuring smooth spare parts coordination and timely status updates.
- Process service documentation and invoices, including uploading inspection reports and routing invoices through approval and payment workflows.
- Drive process reliability and transparency by identifying workflow bottlenecks, resolving discrepancies, and actively contributing to continuous improvement in service execution.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant Experience: Background in customer service coordination, aftersales, warranty/claims management, or service operations.
- System Proficiency: Confident user of ERP and CRM systems (preferably SAP and Salesforce) along with standard office applications.
- Work Style: Highly organized and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritize multiple open cases and follow through systematically.
- Communication & Teamwork: Strong collaborative mindset and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Languages: Professional fluency in German and good working proficiency in English (written and verbal) are required.
