The Impact You'll Make
The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain function, including Production Planning, Inbound Logistics, and Outbound Logistics. The role plays a critical part in ensuring material availability, production continuity, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Build a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Facilitate discussions between Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Procurement to achieve aligned business decisions.
- Drive consensus among stakeholders when facing capacity constraints, supply shortages, or demand fluctuations.
- Lead demand and supply balancing activities to optimize customer service and operational performance.
- Ensure effective production planning and scheduling to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Balance capacity, inventory, and customer requirements while maximizing operational efficiency.
- Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation plans for supply chain disruptions.
- Oversee outbound logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to customers.
- Drive logistics optimization projects to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
- Demonstrated capability to challenge and influence Sales assumptions and drive demand-supply consensus under constrained capacity scenarios
- Participate in cross-functional business reviews and strategic planning activities.
- Continuous Improvement
• Lead supply chain improvement programs focused on service, inventory, productivity, and cost performance.
• Utilize data analytics to support decision-making and process optimization.
• Implement best practices and standard processes across the supply chain organization.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multiple supply chain functions.
• Proven experience in Production Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to drive discussions, achieve alignment, and lead decision-making across functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an international and matrix organization.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
