The primary function of this position is to support Risk Management, Vendor Management, Business Continuity, and Physical Security functions within the Credit Union to ensure risks are identified, actively monitored, and adequately mitigated. Works with the Director of Risk Management to develop and perform procedures and processes related to these areas.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist in developing and performing an Enterprise Risk Management process at the Credit Union.
- Complete and coordinate risk assessments as necessary with other Departmental input.
- Complete Risk Management assignments as needed.
- Serve as an administrator in the Business Continuity Plan Management software and perform plan maintenance and due diligence activities, as necessary.
- Serve as an administrator in our building security and camera system.
- Keep abreast of all regulatory requirements related to Risk Management, Vendor Management, Business Continuity, and Physical Security.
- Assist in maintaining departmental procedures to ensure they adhere to Credit Union Policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop expertise in assigned areas specific to this position to be able to provide internal support to other Departments at the Credit Union.
- Keep supervisor updated on status and developments in the areas of responsibility.
- Required to adhere to Credit Union Policies and procedures.
- Required to participate in First Source Federal Credit Union events as well as designated community events.
- Required to attend or participate in necessary compliance training, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy, OFAC, and Privacy.
- Required to attend training sessions as appropriate.
- Required to travel as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High School plus 5-7 years related experience. Related business degree may be included in years of experience
