About the Position
Our Iowa Investment Services team is looking for a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for sales and marketing efforts of PMA products and services (including the Local Government Investment Pools (ISJIT and IPAIT) and Separately Managed Accounts) for local government clients and prospects across Iowa. This position is a hybrid work opportunity with expectations of travel (25% or more) to meet business needs. Key components of this job require having great interpersonal skills, as one of the primary focuses will be the addition of new accounts (Municipal and School Related) while collaborating with the team to assist existing relationships (retention). The best qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in addition to four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Top candidates will also have financial industry or related experience in working with the public sector.
In addition to a salary and benefit package that’s competitive with the marketplace, as a player in the financial services industry, we offer the opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus based on results.
Licenses, registrations, and certifications – SIE, Series 7, 66, and 50 or attainment within one year of employment, in which the company will sponsor.
