JOB SUMMARY: Kickstart your career as a Supply Chain Analyst Intern! Join our expert team to manage essential inventory levels. You will gather data and maintain inventory records within our ERP system, ensuring efficient support for our MRP system. Engage directly with our suppliers to determine vital inventory factors like Lead Times, pricing, and minimum order quantities. Leverage your analytical skills to calculate ideal stock levels across various locations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):

Data Management: Collect and input data such as lead time, unit price, and minimum/maximum values into reports.

Data Validation: Verify the accuracy of data calculations including EOQ, safety stock, and storage space.
Inventory Optimization: Advise on stocking levels and replenishment methods for manufacturing sites.
Supplier Communications: Document all interactions with suppliers and complete additional purchasing tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

All interns must be active college students who have completed their freshman year and are enrolled in courses for the Fall semester of 2025.

Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Data Analytics.
Strong analytical skills are preferred.
Experience with measuring tools (e.g., tape measure, caliper) is helpful.
MRP and ERP experience is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with vendors and peers.
Physical ability to squat, stand, and lift/move boxes up to 20 pounds.
Reliable transportation for travel between facilities.

The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.

$17.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour
