JOB SUMMARY: The Enterprise Resource Planning and Software Automation (ERPSA) Project Assistant performs administrative and communication tasks for the Applications Development Project Management group. These tasks include updating project information, communicating with developers, end users, and other stakeholders to ensure updated documentation, monitoring task completion, facilitating meetings, and enforcing documentation standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):
• Provide applications development project administrative support
• Maintain software development project data in the project queue completely and accurately
• Monitor project communication between software developers and business users
• Assist in monitoring developer task progress to ensure project completion
• Assist in determining software development estimates together with technical staff
• Assist in managing and scheduling software development resources
• Create reports from the data in the project queue for departmental and management use
• Facilitate, schedule, and annotate meetings as requested
• Enforce department policies related to developer tasking, project documentation, and interdepartmental communication
• Assist in enforcing department technical policies and procedures
• Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the department
• Attend training as needed or assigned
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma with 3 years related work experience required
• Associates degree in business, technology or a related field of study preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Good research skills, self-directed and self-motivated; good analytical problem solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
• Proven project management and organizational skills
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure
This is a part-time position.
WAGE DISCLOSURE:
The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.
The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components include health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, retirement plan, volunteer opportunities, paid holidays, overtime opportunities, and many more.
$17.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour
