JOB SUMMARY: The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Process and Development Administrator ensures the best practice usage of both developed modifications and internal processes of the company’s ERP system. This includes participation in projects to determine business and technical requirements, participation in the development, testing, and implementation of ERP process and enhancements. Including working with ERP vendors to research and resolve issues within the systems
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):
• Collaborate with business system analysts, development and functional end users to understand business requirements for ERP-related projects
• Works actively to research and implement best practice ERP-related processes and development techniques to enhance the ERP utilization within the company
• Serves as an advisor to development teams on how to appropriate modify or interact with the ERP system through external applications development
• Assists in the management and maintenance of the ERP application and Database
• Ensures development procedures are maintained across enhancements
• Provides feedback to management on developer performance for use in evaluating the ERP-related skills of team mates
• Ensure integrity of ERP data
• Periodically functions as a software developer creating modifications for the ERP system
• Perform other job duties and special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field and 10 years experience in ERP required
• Strong understanding of the technical workings of an ERP system
• Strong understanding of the Business ERP processes
• Strong internet research and problem-solving skills
• Strong Team skills
• Customer service skills

The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.
The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components include health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, retirement plan, volunteer opportunities, paid holidays, overtime opportunities, and many more.
$88,000 - $156,000 annually
