JOB SUMMARY: The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Software Automation Project Specialist III leads medium-sized, well-scoped projects and drives execution across cross-functional teams with minimal supervision. The role interprets business needs, refines and organizes requirements, and manages project activities within defined boundaries, balancing priorities, risks, and constraints to achieve intended outcomes. Acting as a senior execution resource, the ERP and Software Automation Project Specialist III communicates directly with stakeholders, provides recommendations on project decisions, and mentors junior specialists while ensuring solutions are practical, adoptable, and aligned with operational needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):
• Lead medium-sized, well-scoped projects across cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and coordination efforts to ensure delivery within defined constraints
• Interpret and refine business requirements into clear, actionable, and testable deliverables
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, resolve gaps or inconsistencies, and align teams on priorities and expectations
]• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, recommending solutions and driving resolution within project boundaries
• Balance competing priorities and adjust the execution plans to maintain progress and delivery outcomes
• Communicate the status, tradeoffs, and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making
• Oversee user testing, deployment preparation, and adoption validation to ensure solutions meet operational needs
• Mentor junior specialists on project coordination, documentation standards, and execution practices
• Contribute to the development and refinement of project management tools, templates, and best practices
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance execution and delivery
• Visit production areas regularly to validate adoption, uncover friction, build relationships, and identify new opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field preferred
• CAPM, PMP, or equivalent credential preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience leading cross-functional technology or operational projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead medium-sized, well-scoped projects with minimal supervision and deliver results within defined constraints
• Strong ability to interpret business needs, refine requirements, and translate them into actionable plans
• Proven capability to manage competing priorities, risks, and dependencies across teams
• Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and support decision-making within project boundaries
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members preferred
• Provide own source of transportation for any local/day travel, including travel between Indium Corporation facilities

The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill, and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.

($54,000 - $79,000 annually)
