As an IgniteU fellow, you will work with internal and/or external companies under the direction of an assigned mentor. You will learn consulting competencies, such as industry understanding, client/business perspective, leadership, resource management, opportunity development, consulting business knowledge, partnering and networking, personal interaction, managing quality, business ethics, and continued learning and development.
As a fellow in the IgniteU Fellowship Program, you will collaborate with team members to conceptualize, deliver, and support our clients and industry partners through today’s ever-changing landscape. At NYSTEC, we have a vested interest in developing the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEAM) workforce of tomorrow.
The IgniteU Fellowship Program for fall 2024 will run from August 19 to December 6. Specific experiential learning hours can be negotiated based on your availability. Classes will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday evenings in Troy, NY, and virtually.
