The total rewards specialist is part of the Human Resources team accountable for the strategy development, design, implementation, administration, and governance of total rewards programs, as well as for benefit administration — including health and welfare programs, wellness programming, and the human resource information system (HRIS). This role ensures that all programs align with and support NYSTEC’s strategic aims, are competitive, are sustainable, and have an impact on the long- and short-term performance of the organization by being effective in attracting, rewarding, and retaining key talent, as well as complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.

If you are a HR professional with a bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience in designing and managing benefits and total rewards strategies, HRIS super user, preferably UKG, NYSTEC may be the place for you. An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.
The pay range for this position is $79,793.00 to $109,716.00 per year.
