As a Registered Nurse at Pathfinder Village, you will join a team of RN’s, LPN’s, Clinical Office Assistants, and a Clinical Coordinator in the field of developmental disabilities. Work closely with residents, families, and clinical teams to assist with healthcare decisions; provide staff support and education; manage acute and routine healthcare needs; collaborate with local healthcare providers; and provide telephone triage along with dedicated office and on-site hours coordinated by the Chief Clinical Officer. Responsibilities include: carrying a caseload consistent with OPWDD guidelines; assisting with appointments and communicating results; facilitating staff trainings and education; collaborating to manage medications; providing hands-on care consistent with a home healthcare model; providing telephone triage and on-call rotation; maintaining 6–10 CEUs per year. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BSN) or Associate’s degree (ASN) with related experience. Required Certifications: NYS Registered Professional Nurse License; Valid NYS driver’s license; Current CPR certification. Annual salary starting at $80,000, commensurate with experience.
