Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide support and care to aging individuals with medical needs, helping them achieve personal goals and improve quality of life. Duties include assisting with daily living activities, implementing care plans, administering medications, and promoting community involvement. Comprehensive training provided; experience with elderly individuals and a background in medical care preferred. Scheduled Overtime: rotating schedule with one week of 36 hours (three 12‑hour shifts) and the following week of 48 hours (four 12‑hour shifts); overtime paid at 1.5x over 40 hours/week. Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000 paid over time.
