Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Chenango House. Pathfinder Village is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support and care to aging individuals with medical needs, helping them achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, implementing care plans, administering medications, and promoting community involvement. Comprehensive training provided. The ideal candidate would have experience working with elderly individuals and a background in medical care is preferred.Scheduled Overtime: This position includes a rotating schedule with one week of 36 hours (three 12-hour shifts) and the following week of 48 hours (four 12-hour shifts). Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 in a week.Compensation:- Base Pay: $17.00 per hour- Overtime Pay: $25.50 per hour (1.5 times base pay)- Total Compensation: With scheduled overtime, the gross pay per payroll period will be $1496.00.
