$3,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Chenango DSPs. Provide support and care to aging individuals with medical needs, helping them achieve personal goals and improve quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, implementing care plans, administering medications, and promoting community involvement. Comprehensive training provided; experience with elderly and medical care preferred. Scheduled Overtime: Rotating schedule—one week 36 hours (three 12-hour shifts), following week 48 hours (four 12-hour shifts). Overtime at 1.5x for hours over 40/week. Hourly rate starts at $17.25 and is commensurate with experience.
