Conducts functional assessments/analyses; develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates behavior support plans; designs supportive environments; conducts staff training to teach skills and manage behaviors to maximize independence in activities of daily living. Consults with parents, advocates, and staff; provides ongoing behavioral intervention support and plan reviews. Qualifications: Master’s degree in behavior analysis or similar; BCBA certification or in process. Salary: Starting at $65,000, commensurate with experience.
