Conducts functional assessments/analyses; develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates behavior support plans for adults and children with disabilities. Designs supportive environments and conducts staff training to teach new skills and manage behaviors to maximize independence in activities of daily living. Consults with parents, advocates, and staff and provides ongoing behavioral intervention support in all settings. Qualifications: Required – Master’s degree in behavior analysis or similar; Certification in behavior analysis (BCBA) or actively pursuing certification. Annual salary starting at $65,000, commensurate with experience.
