12-hour shift openings. Provide direct care and residential guidance/support for individuals with intellectual and other disabilities in an open-access community setting. Advocate and support informed choices in the broader community. Requires strong record keeping skills, local travel, flexibility, and commitment to ongoing training. Schedule: 3–4 day work week. No prior experience required. Starting rate: $16.25–$20.50/hour, based on experience; overnight shifts receive an additional $3/hour shift differential.
