This career opportunity is for the house manager of two of our residential homes. The house manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of both residential homes under the supervision and direction of the residential team leader. Their management will ensure the safety, health, satisfaction, and well-being of residents. The house manager will also provide ongoing direct supervision for the residential staff within their team.The house manager is held to a high standard of conduct and professionalism and must represent the organization with the highest level of integrity.Required Qualifications- Required: High school diploma or equivalent- Required: Valid NYS driver's license- Required: 1+ years' experience working with people with disabilities- Preferred: Supervisory experienceThe hourly rate of pay starts at $24 an hour.
