This career opportunity is for the house manager of a residential house. The house manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the home under the supervision and direction of the residential team leader. Their management will ensure the safety, health, satisfaction, and well-being of residents. The house manager will also provide ongoing direct supervision for the residential staff within their team. The house manager is held to a high standard of conduct and professionalism and must represent the organization with the highest level of integrity. Required Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or equivalent; Required: Valid NYS driver's license; Required: 1+ years' experience working with people with disabilities; Preferred: Supervisory experience.
