Provides support in a home or community setting to promote success at the highest level of independence. Teaches and reinforces daily living skills, promotes independence, prevents and responds to crises appropriately, encourages self‑advocacy, and facilitates development of natural supports. Services are provided collaboratively with participants and their service plan using a person‑centered approach. Qualifications: Required valid NYS license; Preferred 1 year experience working with individuals with disabilities. Hourly rate starts at $16.75 and is commensurate with experience.
