Responsible for preparing breads and a wide range of pastries (cookies, cakes, pies). Duties include opening the bakery, mixing dough, preparing fillings, glazing pastries, decorating cakes, and monitoring food preparation for health and safety compliance. Requires strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to inclusive employment, and understanding of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Required: 1+ year of food service experience with baked goods; valid NYS driver’s license. Preferred: Experience working with individuals with disabilities; strong leadership and training/mentoring skills. Pay starts at $17/hour, commensurate with experience.
