During the academic year, focuses on student engagement, skill-building, and dorm life coordination; in summer, transitions to a camp counselor role leading enrichment activities. Ideal for someone who thrives in structured educational settings and interactive summer experiences, with a passion for empowering individuals with developmental disabilities. Required Qualifications: Valid NYS Driver’s license; 1 year experience working with people with intellectual disabilities. The hourly rate of pay starts at $16.75 an hour and is commensurate with experience.
