Provides direct habilitation services to adults under the direction of the Day Habilitation Coordinator. Responsible for providing habilitative and/or vocational activities and options to individuals served by Pathfinder Village Day Services; plans, coordinates, and implements targeted services to increase individuals’ independence and reach community or employment goals. Strong documentation and interpersonal skills required to maintain positive relationships with individuals and community partners. Qualifications: Required high school diploma or equivalency; Required valid NYS driver’s license; Preferred 1+ year(s) experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Hourly rate of pay starts at $16.50 and is commensurate with experience.
