Pathfinder School is seeking a classroom aide to provide direct instructional or residential support services to children individually and in small groups under the supervision of the special education teacher during school hours, and to the house manager when working residentially. Supports classroom or house operations and helps students become more independent in academics, communication, behavior management, pre‑vocational training, and other daily living skills. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm OR 7:30am to 3:30pm. Must have a high school diploma or equivalency. The hourly rate of pay starts at $16.75 and is commensurate with experience.
