The Bakery & Café Crew Member II plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests at the Pathfinder Village Bakery & Café. This position supports daily café operations by assisting with food preparation, basic line cook duties, serving customers, maintaining a clean workspace, and working as part of a team. Some Responsibilities Include:- Assist with food preparation such as kitchen prep, covering grill as necessary, beverages, items for bakery cooler, sandwiches and salads- Perform basic line cook duties from 6am to 7am daily and as needed- Assisting customers at the counter or register with support when needed- Package bakery items and café orders- Keep tables, counters, and workspaces clean and organized- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning- Knowledgeable in food service industry Qualifications- Prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred- Valid NYS driver's license with no restrictions The hourly rate of pay is $16.25 an hour.
