The Program Coordinator supports the mission of the Kennedy Willis Center through a blend of program coordination, communications, case management, and community engagement responsibilities. This role assists with marketing and written communications, event promotion, and website content, while also contributing to grant research and submission efforts. The position maintains key partnerships with academic, healthcare, and community organizations, and provides administrative support across Center initiatives. The role includes facilitating Pathfinder Village's self-advocacy group, Council Rock, and managing a small private caseload by conducting individualized reviews, developing service plans, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports. The position also participates in committees and special projects, demonstrates working knowledge of OPWDD, MHLS, and DOH regulations, and is available for occasional evening and off-site work as needed. Qualifications- BA/BS degree in human services or similar field required (QIDP eligible)- One to two years' experience working with people with I/DD preferred- Excellent verbal and written communication is required- Proficiency or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Microsoft programs- Occasional travel is required.- Must have a valid NYS driver's license with no restrictions Rate of pay starts at $20 an hour and is commensurate with experience.
