Supports Otsego Academy students during the academic year by planning, teaching, and providing individualized support. In the summer, transitions to a camp leadership role to participate in activities and create experiences that foster growth, social connection, and skill building. Works closely with program coordinators and DSPs to align academic, enrichment, and camp programming. Qualifications: Required – Valid NYS driver’s license with no restrictions; High school diploma or equivalent; Willingness to obtain NYS Teaching Assistant License. Preferred – Associate’s degree in human services or related field; NYS Teaching Assistant License; Experience working with individuals with disabilities. The hourly rate of pay starts at $18 an hour and is commensurate with experience.
