As a Retail Team Leader, you will be the heartbeat of the business - guiding, motivating, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional service every day. You'll set the tone for excellence, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile and every team member feels empowered to shine. Your leadership will facilitate the daily operations of the business while championing the organization's mission to employ and train adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Responsibilities include: Cleanliness and safety. Product presentation. Addressing customer feedback. Overseeing daily store operations. Qualifications: A patient, compassionate, and adaptable communication style. Capability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is strongly preferred. The hourly rate of pay starts at $16.50 an hour. Location: Edmeston, NY, USA.
