A Job Coach helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities develop vocational and interpersonal skills necessary to maintain successful integrated employment. Additionally, they may assist individuals in learning how to perform specific job tasks, as well as support individuals in navigating the workplace and communicating with employers. Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or GED, or at least one year of experience working in prevocational programming. Required: Valid NYS driver's license with no restrictions. Required: Must be able to drive your personal vehicle for job duties as needed. Preferred: Experience working with people with I/DD. Rate of pay starts at $17.50 an hour and is commensurate with experience. Location: Edmeston, NY, USA.
