The Plan Writer Supervisor plays an integral role within the Compliance Department to advocate and promote quality of life outcomes for individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery as well as monitoring regulatory compliance and promoting a positive, inclusive environment that reflects Pathfinder Village’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence. This supervisory position provides direct oversight, guidance, and support to Program Specialist Plan Writers who translate life plans into actionable, person-centered goals that promote independence. The Plan Writer Supervisor will supervise the Plan Writers for all HCBS Waiver Services. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to root-cause analysis, the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced setting, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications: Valid NYS driver's license with no driving restrictions. Specialized training or at least one year of experience in treating or working with persons with developmental disabilities. Must be a Qualified Individual Disability Professional (QIDP) as required by regulation, OR must hold permanent certification from NYSED in the field of education. Hourly rate of pay starts at $22 an hour.
