The Coordinator of Enrichment and Community Life supports each individual’s participation in recreation, leisure, and educational activities at Pathfinder Village as well as in the broader community to facilitate a healthy and productive lifestyle.The Coordinator of Enrichment and Community Life will collaborate with residential, school, Otsego Academy, Camp Pathfinder, nursing, and adult day services to develop, organize, and lead creative and cultural enrichment programs in the areas of arts, music, theater, and other related disciplines. This role involves creating a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging environment for participants, fostering artistic expression and personal growth. The Enrichment Coordinator will design programs that cater to the interests and abilities of the individuals served, ensuring accessibility and diversity in the offerings. This position is ideal for someone passionate about the arts, with experience in program development, instruction, and community engagement.Hourly rate ranges from $20 to $22 an hour and is commensurate with experience.Location: Edmeston, NY, USA
