The Senior Program Specialist plays an integral role within the Compliance Department to advocate and promote quality of life outcomes for individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery as well as monitoring regulatory compliance and promoting a positive, inclusive environment that reflects Pathfinder Village’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence. This position provides direct guidance and support to Program Specialist Plan Writers who translate life plans into actionable, person-centered goals that promote independence. The Senior Program Specialist will support the Plan Writers for all HCBS Waiver Services.Hourly rate of pay starts at $22 an hour.
