Plays a vital role in advancing independence and improving quality of life for individuals supported by Pathfinder Village. Assess individual technology needs; recommend and implement assistive and adaptive technologies; maintain and troubleshoot technology in residential and day service settings; help shape and expand the agency's technology programs. Required Qualifications: Associate's or bachelor's degree in Assistive Technology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, IT, Rehabilitation Engineering, or related; Minimum 2 years’ experience with assistive technology and/or individuals with I/DD; Strong knowledge of assistive/adaptive technologies; Experience with smart home tech, AAC devices, and remote monitoring systems. Pay rate: $20.40 per hour.
