$3,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Chenango DSPs. Provide support and care to aging individuals with medical needs, helping them achieve personal goals and improve quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, implementing care plans, administering medications, and promoting community involvement; comprehensive training provided. Scheduled Overtime: Rotating weeks of 36 hours (three 12-hour shifts) and 48 hours (four 12-hour shifts); overtime at 1.5x over 40 hours.
