Position Summary:
Provides high level administrative support to include complex, confidential functions for a Director and/or administrative support department (HR, QA, IT) of Springbrook. Duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project based work. Project a professional image through in-person and phone interaction. Offer support and assistance to all Springbrook employees relating to home department procedures, protocols, and policies.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcomes and receives phone calls and individuals as the initial point of contact for both internal and external constituents.
- Facilitate the work of a department head and their personnel by performing secretarial, clerical and administrative support functions.
- Provide accurate and timely support of department personnel by typing, filing, telephone answering, and performing other clerical duties as necessary.
- Provide administrative support of information by preparing and processing data input/output to Springbrook computer information systems.
- Facilitate overall department communication effectiveness by coordinating departmental, interdepartmental, and external communications.
- Facilitate efficient use of information technology in department by providing training and first-line support for computer systems as needed.
- Aid department meeting effectiveness by scheduling, providing administrative support, and acting as a minute-taker as requested.
- Aid in successful special project completion by providing clerical support, research, and data accumulation as requested.
- Facilitate effective functioning of department by performing clerical, administrative, and other duties required within individual departments.
- In addition to performing the duties of Administrative Assistant II, an Administrative Assistant III not only provides office related support services for a department, but also plays a major role in a specific department. Whereas Administrative Assistant II’s support one Springbrook programmatic department, Administrative Assistant III’s must liaise with all Springbrook employees.
- This is the highest level of administrative support that has the ability to perform technical, specialized, and complex departmental tasks.
- Frequent utilization of special job related skills or knowledge, e.g., compliance, benefits, department specific processes.
- Requires a comprehensive knowledge of the program assigned.
- Exercises discretion and independent judgement within understood policies.
- All other duties as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum of (3) year of experience working in an administrative support position.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software and e-mail applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; have the aptitude to learn other computer software as necessary.
- Meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles as required.
