The Office of Equity and Inclusion at the State University of New York at Oneonta is dedicated to fostering a campus environment where all gender identities, sexual orientations, and intersectional social identities are celebrated and supported. We are seeking a visionary Associate Director for the Gender and Sexuality Resource Center (GSRC) and OEI Program Associate. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion/Chief Diversity Officer, this dynamic role is pivotal in shaping a more inclusive and equitable campus culture.
The Associate Director will lead with purpose, guiding the GSRC's strategic direction and operational excellence. Additionally, they will play an integral role on the Bias Act Response Team (BART), contribute to the development of DEISJ training, and ensure SUNY achieves and maintains top-tier status as an LGBTQ+ friendly campus through the Campus Pride Index.
