Become a champion of Philanthropy at SUNY Oneonta. We invite you to join our team as the Director of Gift Planning, where you will play a pivotal role in growing our University Foundation Endowment by cultivating meaningful relationships with major donors and crafting personalized giving strategies. The Division of University Advancement is seeking a skilled fundraiser and communicator to join our team as the Director of Gift Planning. In this key fundraising role, responsibilities are to solicit major outright and planned gifts and to implement a comprehensive estate planning communications and marketing program. This position reports to the Associate Vice President for University Advancement.
The Division of University Advancement includes the offices of Development & Fundraising and Alumni Engagement. The primary goals of the Division are to increase the level of private support for the University, strengthen alumni traditions and networks, and build sustaining long-term relationships that advance the reputation and visibility of the University.
