The Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI) at the State University of New York at Oneonta invites applications for the position of Equity & Inclusion Advocacy and Support Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Equity and Inclusion Projects and Initiatives, the Coordinator will contribute significantly to ongoing and new OEI initiatives. The Coordinator will develop and coordinate OEI Diversity Peer Educators (DPE) and Advocacy Program. This program includes training students to become DPE Associates, assisting with the coordination of a comprehensive restorative justice process and team to support the university's needs, and coordinating the Student Diversity Leadership Conference (SDLC), including co- chairing the SDLC Planning Committee. The Coordinator will also work collaboratively with campus units to promote progress on the work of the Office of Equity and Inclusion.
