Assemblers needed for the pump and pack line on 2nd shift. Hours will be 3:30 pm to 12:00 am Monday-Friday with overtime as needed.
- Pump Assembly – include placing a molded handle, cap, steel rod, spring and piston on a small air press where the parts are forced together. The parts are then put on a small conveyor where the molded cylinder is added. After this is completed a check valve and gasket is applied.
- Compressed Air Line – Tanks are taken from the molding department where they are placed on a silk screener. This runs automatically. As the tanks move along a conveyor they are placed in cartons being made by Meta machine. These move along conveyor where employees place the sub assembly parts inside. Cartons are closed, placed on skid and sent to warehouse.
- All other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must be able to keep up so as to not slow down assembly line
- Must be able to keep up and make daily numbers
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have excellent attendance
