We’re seeking energetic, compassionate, and motivated team members who want meaningful work with full‑time or part‑time opportunities and no mandatory overtime.
What You’ll Do
As a Community DSP, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals to reach their personal goals while enjoying independence and inclusion in their community. You will:
- Follow each person’s support plan to help them work toward their personal goals
- Help with everyday tasks like personal care, meals, and daily routines when needed
- Make sure the people we support are safe, healthy, and comfortable at all times
- Drive and go along with individuals to appointments, activities, and outings in the community
- Be a positive role model and speak up for the people you support when needed
- Help with light cleaning and household tasks to keep the home running smoothly
- Take part in team meetings, trainings, and agency events
- Write brief notes about your shift so the next staff and supervisors know how things went

What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
