Coordinate production loading base on weekly loading plan from the Planning team and oversee the material inventory at the subcontractor for Captive Lines.
Acts as intermediary between planning, production, engineering, and contract manufacturing.
Monitor the execution of weekly production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely manner.
Gathers relevant statistical data and drafts reports on issues such as On Time Delivery (OTD), Cycle time, inventory and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Prepare and presents production output, OTD and cycle time to local managements.
Coordinate schedule and prioritizing for production, NPI and development material.
Overlooking manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
Review inventory level/status to avoid shortages and excesses.
Interprets and evaluates CM planning schedule and reports to assess impact om plans.
Surveys and review on machine capacity and cycle time.
Communicate production status to internal team regularly
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or other related qualification/ certification
Min 6 years experiences in semiconductor field (Assembly or Test)
Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning) preferred
Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel spreadsheet, Power point, Oracle and ERP systems
Good at mathematics and statistics
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Experience in SAP system
