Position Summary
The primary focus of this position is the development and management of a growing revenue stream of Wolfspeed products in selected Automotive accounts. This position will be also responsible for ALL kinds of Wolfspeed products(Die, Discrete, Module) from beginning, to design-in and design-win in selected Automotive accounts, no matter the business are going through distributors, Direct, or our automotive partners. Major focus on South Korea selected automotive accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Build up the strong connection and relationship between Wolfspeed and key automotive customers
- Develop account plan to penetrate Wolfspeed products in selected automotive accounts
- Take lead of coordinating Wolfspeed global resources to support focus Automotive accounts.
- Dig out business opportunities and present Wolfspeed Value Proposition against our competitors
- Work out pricing strategic, partnership, commercial programs to secure Wolfspeed long term business in focus accounts
- Close work with FAE/AE/Product Line to provide the professional supporting to customers.
- Provide competitive market information to management to help drive the direction of product marketing and development
- Understand the level of customer satisfaction with Wolfspeed technical support and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction while meeting Wolfspeed business needs
- Maintain business opportunity funnel in dedicated systems.
- Regular revenue forecast and drive the revenue to achieve the goal.
Minimum Requirements:
- BS Degree of Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience on semiconductor Sales, Business Development or Marketing
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to gain trust and respect from customers’ managerial and technical teams
- Recognize Wolfspeed SiC is the future in EV power applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced in Automotive industry
- Aggressive mindset with focus on finding a path to win at customers
- Demonstrated ability to work with and influence decision makers within internal and external organization.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivator with strong drive to achieve business objectives
