  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring all activities related to assigned Program/Project and to, ensure deployment of each stage/phase to the target timeline

  • Provides leadership and direction for assigned Program/Project. Provide guidance & coaching to the project team when needed.

  • Supports the present & future needs of Wolfspeed and the PM R&D Ipoh

  • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost effectiveness.

  • Proven capabilities & knowledge of Program/Project management in the semiconductor industry especially with Automotive Customers is preferred.

Job Requirement

  • Degree/Masters/PHD preferably of an Engineering course

  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field especially in Program/ Project Management

  • Proficient Managerial and computer skills

  • Knowledge semiconductor OSAT backend process, NPI, QA systems & equipment is an advantage.

  • Good Management, Communication, Relationship & Team building skills are essential.
