Job Responsibilities
Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.
Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.
Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedures and government regulations.
Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure good quality product.
Coordinate with engineering and product management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing Plan for products.
Assist Manufacturing department and manage communication across all departments. Work with product engineering and contract manufacturing engineers
Prevent quality excursion and meet business requirement
Compile and analyze data to detect any product anomaly
Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendations.
Plan, conduct and direct complex projects or major phases of significant projects.
Job Requirement
3 or more years of experience as NPI process engineer or similar role
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering
Excellent knowledge in Wafer Test/Assembly process.
Working knowledge of SPC and DOE necessary
Good problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box
Good in project management and strong organizational skill
Experience in working in an agile, fast-paced environment
Good time-management skills
Team player & Great interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in semiconductor Test/Wafer Test/Assembly
Expertise in project management and Semiconductor manufacturing (Wafer Test/Assembly/Test)
Expertise in continuous improvement tools / techniques (5S, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) and JMP for data review/analytical studies.
