Establish UPH and manning ratio standards that reflect for various production modes: mass production and pilot line.
Capacity planning.
Establish lead time and measurement method.
Establish costing for pilot line and mass production environment.
Identify and work on cost improvement opportunities.
Layout planning and optimization for space utilization and product flow.
Strong analytical skill especially in identifying gaps and opportunities.
Strong logical thinking.
Job Requirement
Degree/Masters/PHD preferably of an Engineering course preferably in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing
At least 5 years of experience in same/related field
Proficient in Excel, Power Point and AutoCAD
Experience in Planning and Costing is an added advantage.
Must have hand-on in time study, capacity planning and layout planning.
